Today’s recipe is a classic, traditional Indian Turkey Biryani. Made with a mixture of wild and basmati rice, peppers, spring greens and turkey! Perfect if you have leftover turkey from a Sunday dinner too!
We really love a proper Bolognese with beef mince, but when we’re trying to be a little bit healthier, we switch over to a Turkey Bolognese. It’s still really tasty and rich, but with a lot less fat! If you want to be really good you could also switch out the spaghetti for courgette!
