There’s something about Mozzarella and Tomato Chicken. Well, mozzarella in general really. When melted, and served with rosy red tomatoes with a garnish of chopped parsley, it gives off an Italian, pizza like feel. The stringy creamy cheese, pairs up with the tomatoes and chopped herbs beautifully well.
This is a quick and easy Sourdough Starter Recipe. I’m quite into sourdough, as I’ve mentioned in a few of my previous posts. It’s a little lighter than normal bread, but just looks so much more inviting too.
