In this Flamenco Eggs, or Spanish Baked Eggs as others may call it, I used chorizo, eggs, tomatoes, onion, potatoes, paprika, and garlic. It gives off beautiful flavours from the tasty chorizo, and the smoked paprika.
We really love a proper Bolognese with beef mince, but when we’re trying to be a little bit healthier, we switch over to a Turkey Bolognese. It’s still really tasty and rich, but with a lot less fat! If you want to be really good you could also switch out the spaghetti for courgette!
This is a super easy beef chilli dish. There’s a slight twist with some of the herbs and spices from a traditional beef chilli, but on this occasion I was making the most out of what I had.
